Our Story——Why We Started
It Started with Cuihua.
Twelve years ago, a little life quietly entered my world.
Her name was Cuihua.
She was only three months old when we met. I still remember bringing her home for the first time — this tiny kitten curled up on my pillow, sleeping peacefully as if she had always belonged there.
At that time, I was just beginning my career in the medical device industry. Everything was unfamiliar, and life was full of uncertainty.
I thought I was giving her a home.
I didn’t know then that she would become my home.
Over the years, Cuihua followed me through different cities, new beginnings, heartbreaks, career challenges, and countless ordinary days.
When I moved away from my hometown to pursue new opportunities, she came with me. When I felt alone in a new city, she was the quiet presence waiting for me when I came home.
She never spoke, never asked for anything.
But somehow, she was always there.
I thought I was the one taking care of her.
But looking back, I realized she had been taking care of me in her own way all along.
She was not just a pet.
She was a witness to my life.
When I realized memories could disappear
When she was over five years old, Cuihua moved to another city with me to start all over again.
As the years quietly passed, Cuihua grew older and eventually became seriously ill.
Facing the heartbreaking reality that our time together might be limited, every ordinary moment became something precious I wanted to hold onto.
Around the same time, my close friend lost her beloved cat, Pika, to chronic kidney failure after years of companionship.
The morning after Pika passed away, my friend broke down—not only because she lost her companion, but because she was afraid that one day the little details that made Pika who she was would slowly disappear.
She searched through old videos, photos, and every remaining trace of their shared memories, just hoping to hear those familiar footsteps again.
Watching her grief made me realize something deeply painful:
Love is boundless, but time is cruel.
When the noise of life fades, what we long for most is a place to hold the love and memories they leave behind.
Our Mission —— The Shift in Perspective
I realized that traditional pet products are created mainly for daily needs, but few are designed to honor the journey we share with our companions.
A pet’s life is not defined only by the final goodbye. It is built from thousands of small moments: the first day they came home, the places we moved together, the difficult nights they helped us get through, and the quiet afternoons when they simply stayed by our side.
When we look at their photos, we don’t just see a cat or a dog. We see a version of ourselves from that moment in life.
Their stories are, in many ways, the living chronicles of our own lives.
Our Vision: The "Life Milestones with Pets" Series
So, I decided to build a sanctuary for these shared memories—first for Cuihua, then for Pika, and eventually for every pet parent who has grown alongside a furry companion.
We created this "Time Capsule" not merely to commemorate a farewell, but to celebrate every milestone shaped by unconditional love.
Starting with our Memory Edition for honoring a lifetime of bond, we hope to preserve every chapter of the journey: the first day home, the years of growing together, the big moves, and the quiet everyday moments.
Because every love story deserves to be remembered—not only for how it ended, but for every ordinary, extraordinary second it lived.
